Mentored Practice in SchoolsSchool based experiences of Mentored practice in schools allow you to apply the learning from GPS and SAA course strands in your professional context. You will be supported by your Subject Mentor, the Professional Tutor and other members of the departments to which you are assigned. As part of the CTG model of Initial Teacher Training, you will spend a minimum of 120 days (24 weeks) of your time in school in order to apply your knowledge and develop your professional skills. |
